Pure cotton in a mustard yellow with bands of stencilled flowers in cream and light brown. Lovely bodice with a ruched shelf bust with a curved band underneath and a wide U neckline. Big princess puff sleeves with elasticated cuffs. Waistline cinches in and the skirt is full, and falls in neat slim pleats around the waist. Back metal zipper fastener. No labels, but looks commercially made. Dress is
